三維等相性磁振脊髓攝影在3T的臨床應用

The Application of Three-Dimensional Isotropic Lumbar Spinal MR Imaging at 3.0T

摘要


本研究的主要目的在於運用三維等相性磁振造影技術實施磁振脊髓攝影,並評估此一技術在臨床上的價值及其正確性。自2009年3月至2009年6月,本實驗隨機選取有脊神經壓迫症狀且由神經內科、骨科或復健科門診開單實施磁振脊髓攝影的病患30人做爲本研究取樣的對象,實施傳統磁振脊髓造影以及三維等相性磁振造影。在影像分析中顯示,此二種方式對病灶的確認上皆具有極佳的表現,但對現神經根與椎間盤關係的評估上,則明顯顯示三維等相性磁振造影具有較佳的影像品質。

The purpose of this study is to prospectively evaluate the diagnostic performance of three dimensional isotropic spinal MR imaging in the depiction of spinal nerve compression. From March 2009 to May 2009, 30 random patients refer from out-patient clinics with clinical suspicion of lumbar disc herniation or lumbar stenosis were enrolled in this study. All patients have performed conventional lumbar spinal MRI and three dimensional isotropic spinal MR imaging at a 3.0T MR scanner. This study shows that both these two methods are sensitive in lesion depiction. It also shows better imaging quality for nerve root demonstration in three dimensional isotropic spinal MR images than those of conventional lumbar spinal MR images.
