64切電腦斷層三維重建技術對肩胛骨骨折患者之診斷價值

The Diagnostic Value of 64-Section Multidetector CT Three-Dimensional Reconstruction in the Scapular Fracture of Patients

摘要


此篇研究主要是探討64切電腦斷層經由多平面重組或三維容積重建等後處理技術後,對肩胛骨骨折患者的診斷價值。研究期間共收集五例疑似肩胛骨骨折患者,同時都有照X光片和做64切電腦斷層,其中電腦斷層掃描完成後,影像經由多平面重組與三維容積重建等技術重組。最後將這些組好之影像由專科醫師來診斷,分析64切電腦斷層診斷報告與傳統X光片對於病灶的診斷是否一致。由結果中發現到其中一例X光與64切電腦斷層診斷結果不一致,且其中還有兩例X光並未診斷出骨折移位與細微骨折處。故64切電腦斷層經由後處理重建之影像,可以精確顯示肩胛骨之立體解剖構造,這些是傳統X光所無法達成的,所以64切電腦斷層之三維重建後的影像對於肩胛骨骨折的患者具有重要的診斷價值。

The aim of this study was to investigate the diagnostic value of multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and three-dimensional volume reconstruction (VR) with 64-section multidetector CT (64-MDCT) to diagnose scapular fracture of patients. The suspected scapular fractures of five patients were examined with radiography and 64-MDCT. The 64-MDCT images were reconstructed by MPR and VR. Finally, specialty doctors diagnosed these reconstructive images and then they analyzed the 64-MDCT and the traditional radiography of diagnostic reports to be whether consistent, in the results, we found the radiographic and 64-MDCT diagnostic result of a patient to be inconsistent. Furthermore, radiography not to diagnose bone fracture shifting and the tiny bone fracture of two patients. The reconstructive images with 64-MDCT can accurate show the scapular three-dimensional anatomic structure, the traditional radiography are unable to achieve. Therefore, the reconstructive 3D images with 64-MDCT were had important diagnostic value for scapular fracture.
