摘要
血流儲備係數FFR（fraction flow reserve）血流壓力差導線是一種功能學評估冠狀動脈血流動力學的指標，可以判斷是否存在心肌缺血及明確病變，即冠狀動脈造影下發現的病灶無法明確知道引起心肌缺血的主要原因，或同時有多處病灶，到底是哪一處病灶可引起臨床症狀。在FFR指導下能更精準地決定治療方式，減少器械使用、節省手術及醫療費用、縮短手術時間，改善預後。

FFR (fraction flow reserve) is a functional hemodynamic indexes that can determine whether the presence of myocardial ischemia existing or not on the stenosis, found by coronary angiography for multiple lesions, FFR can determinate which segment responded to the ischemic symptoms clinically, under the guidance of FFR can more accurately determine the effective treatment to reduce the use of the device, saving surgery and medical costs, shorten the operation time and improve prognosis.
