摘要
我國經過十二年教改廣設大專校院之後，大學錄取率近幾年已超過九成。然而擁有大學學歷對國人的就業與薪資卻沒有助益，根據主計處的調查，101年度大學以上畢業生失業率較全國失業率高8%；勞委會調查則顯示，大學畢業生進入職場平均起薪僅2萬6千多元。大專畢業生就業與薪資皆不理想，顯示大專教育培訓出的畢業生之就業能力無法令大部分企業滿意。為進一步瞭解企業對人力素質的需求，本研究將探討大學畢業生的就業能力對求職的影響，就業能力則採專業能力及一般能力兩種角度來衡量，以釐清影響大專畢業生就業狀況的真正原因。本研究採取國立台灣師範大學「畢業生流向調查平台」問卷資料，以某大專校院98學年度就業之畢業生為研究對象，有效問卷共1300份。研究中採用多變量統計分析法，驗證專業能力與一般能力對求職的影響。研究結果顯示畢業生如具備較佳之外語能力、人際關係經營能力以及情緒管理能力，在職場上會獲得較好的收入與福利；如欲提升在職場上被公司獎勵的機會，就必須具備良好的外語能力、國際視野、人際關係經營能力以及情緒管理能力；另外，畢業生如能具備較佳之國際視野、電腦技能、人際關係經營能力、團隊合作能力以及自我學習能力，在職場上將有較多的升遷機會。

After 12-year revolution of education in establishing institutes widely, the school admission had been over 90%. However, it looks helpless in annual income for those people with bachelor's degree. According to the investigation of General of Budget, Accounting and Statics in Taiwan, the unemployment rate of graduates and above in 2012 is 8% higher than the national unemployment rate; and the average salary is only NT$26,000 per month. Both of employment rate and annual income reveal poorly, the result showed graduates can't meet the requirements for most employers. For realizing the enterprises' requirement in human quality, we will research in the affection of employability on employment. In order to better discuss, we separate employability as professional competence and personality trait. This research bases on the survey of National Taiwan Normal University. The data contains graduates of a certain institute in 1999. Total valid questionnaires are 1300. The research shows graduates who have the ability of foreign languages, interpersonal and emotion control will get better salary and welfare. For getting opportunity in award, better ability in foreign languages, global perspective, interpersonal skills and emotion control are necessities. Furthermore, global prospective, interpersonal skills, computer skills, teamwork ability and self-learning will help in promotion.
