大陸旅客來台自由行對國內民宿產業影響之探討

A Study on the Free Exercise of PRC Tourists to Taiwan on the Impact of the Bed & Breakfast Industry in Taiwan

摘要

近年來國內民宿旅遊的風潮興起，民宿產業快速蓬勃發展，競爭也日趨激烈。適逢我國政府於2011年開放自由行大陸旅客來台，從最初的團隊旅遊到現在的自由行，台灣對大陸旅客的吸引力持續增加，來台大陸旅客人數也迅速上升。2014年來台旅客約990萬人次中，大陸旅客人數就佔了近400萬人次，是入境旅遊的最大來源市場，對促進台灣的觀光休閒產業有相當重要的影響。本研究期透過大陸旅客來台自由行對國內民宿產業影響進行探討，並對相關產官學界提出策略性建議與參考。

In recent years, the rise of a wave of Bed and Breakfast (B&B) tourism. The rapid development of B & B industry and competition is fierce. 2011 Open the free exercise of mainland tourists to Taiwan, from the initial team now travel to the free exercise of Taiwan to mainland tourists attraction continues to increase the rapid rise in the number of guests. In 2014 to about 9.9 million passengers Taiwan visitors, the number of guests land accounted for nearly 400 million people, is the largest source of inbound tourism market, it has a very important impact on the promotion of Taiwan’s tourism and leisure industry. The study period through the free exercise of mainland tourists to Taiwan Bed and Breakfast on the domestic industry to discuss the impact, and make strategic recommendations with reference to relevant industry, government and academia.
