近年來憂鬱症逐漸受到重視,相較於其他年齡層,老年人憂鬱症相對的值得大家注意,但由於老年人較不容易表達情緒,因此老年人如果患有憂鬱也不容易被發現。因此本文以回顧相關文獻,整理出過去研究中對於造成老年人憂鬱的原因,以及患有憂鬱症的老年人在心理和生理上的症狀,讓照護者或家人可以多認識及瞭解。此外,本文也進一步探討運動介入對於老年人憂鬱的影響,包括運動介入時間長短、運動強度、及運動頻率,透過運動能使老年人身體活動量增加,以及減少老年人心理的負面情緒,對於生理及心理都有幫助。最後建議能以現在老年人最常做的外丹功做為未來研究的方向以及停止運動介入後是否會有復發情形也有待後續研究。
Depression is attaching more importance in recent years, comparing with other age groups, elder depression is more worthy focusing by everyone. Because most of the elder is hard to express their though and emotion, therefore, it's not easy to discover if someone suffers from depression. For this reason, this study is to find the reason and the symptom of physiology and psychology of elder depression in the past studies by reviewing literature. Let the caregivers get more knowledge for elderly. In addition, this study also discusses the influence of elder depression after exercise intervention, including the time, exercise intensity, and the exercise frequency. It not only enhances the physical activity of elderly, but also reduces the negative emotions of them, and there has great help in physiology and psychology. Future studies can take Wai Tan Kung as the direction and discuss whether the depression recur or not after stopping exercise intervention.
