運動對注意力研究之議題為近年體育教學領域與運動心理學關注之焦點,且眾多研究發現運動、身體活動能有效改善注意力。不過目前針對注意力多向度概念如持續性注意力、集中性注意力、選擇性注意力、交替性注意力及分配性注意力的研究較少,且在文獻回顧中注意力的研究還是將注意力視為單一向度的觀點。然而注意力是一個多向度的觀點,因此藉由回顧文獻來釐清,提供未來學者從事有關注意力主題研究時的參考價值。有鑑於此,本文將搜尋國內、外相關文獻,從注意力理論與定義切入、接續介紹注意力測量之工具以及透過運動對注意力之影響等近期文獻進行回顧。藉此呼籲體育學界重視注意力多向度的研究,更期待本篇可以對體育界及大眾有所助益。
The topic for the effect of exercise on attention become central issue in the physical education field and sports psychology in recent years. Many studies have found that sports and physical activities can improve attention effectively. However, there are few studies on multidimensional until now, such as sustained attention, focused attention, selective attention, alternating attention, and divided attention, and it is still regarded attention as one-dimensionality in the literature review. The purpose of this review was to clarify that attention is multidimensional, and to provide references when making researches on attention topics. The study penetrated into the definition and theory of attention, and then introduced the measuring tools and the effect of exercise on attention by reviewing the domestic and foreign literature. The finding of this review can promote the research of multidimensional attention, and be helpful to the sports community and the public.
