培育師資制度的多元化關係,讓教育政策理念鬆綁朝向多元競爭,好處是增加校園不同思維及多元專長的教師,同時刺激校園多元文化風氣,不再是師範體系獨享,壞處是造成許多取得教師資格證的小學教師找尋不到正式教職缺此外,近年也遭逢少子化現象嚴重,學校開始減班、正式教師被超額、學校裁併校等狀況,導致教師甄試缺額少、錄取率低等問題,形成供過於求的情況。本文整理回顧出代理代課教師之角色定位、生涯不確定性以及生涯發展策略,發現代理代課教師要成為一位正式教師所遇到的挑戰有很多,在社會化過程是非常曲折的,須忍受懷疑、壓榨等不平等現象,因此,將參考部分學者提出的建議,歸納出解決國小代理代課教師藍圖之可行策略,作為參考之。
As the multi teacher education programs, the educational policy concepts tend to multiple competition. The advantages are that different ideas and multiple specialities of teachers can be raised up in campus. The disadvantages are that many teachers that have teachers' qualifications can't find the formal teacher's vacancy. Besides, the severe low birth-rate causes some problems; for example, school reduces the classes, formal teachers are transferred to other schools, schools are combined. Those problems lead to few teacher vacancy, and low rate of recruitment. This article reviews the substitute teachers' status, unsteady career lives and developing strategy for career lives. It's also found that to become a formal teacher, he or she needs to deal with lots of challenges. It will be tough to endure something unfair like doubt or press. As a result, this article refers to some scholars' suggestions and conclude the available strategies of blueprint for the substitute teachers of elementary schools.
