本研究之主要目的在於瞭解雲林縣某私立高中學生的運動參與度、運動參與的類型、學習成就、學習滿意度,並探究運動參與度與學習成就、學習滿意度之間的相互關係。此運動參與度包含頻率、持續時間、時段、平日假日、強度。本研究使用問卷調查法,預試與正式研究皆以雲林縣某私立高中學生為研究對象,研究工具係自編之「雲林縣某私立高中運動參與度(含運動頻率、運動持續時間及運動強度)與學習滿意度之調查表」,問卷內容包括「個人背景資料、運動參與現況、運動參與類型及運動與學習滿意度量表」,並以該問卷量表所蒐集之資料為研究範圍,所得資料以採用Cronbach α檢驗問卷內部一致性、驗證性因素分析、背景次數分析、差異性檢定、皮爾森相關係數進行統計分析,研究結果如下:高中生運動參與之次數、頻率、強度與運動時間對於其學習成就、進步成績與學習滿意度皆有顯著影響,另,學習成就高低與進步成績對於高中學生之學習滿意度也有部分相關,因此,應建議及多多鼓勵高中學生保有規律的運動習慣,以利身心健全之發展,進而維持甚或提升其學習成就及學習滿意度。
The main purpose of this study was to investigate the exercise participation, exercise frequency, type of exercise, academic achievement and learning satisfaction on senior high school students in Yunlin County, who are the research objects both in the pre-test and formal research. Furthermore, the correlations among the level of exercise participation, academic achievement and learning satisfaction were explored in this study. The results of the analysis were as followed: There are significant influences on high school students' academic achievements, grade progress and learning satisfaction about how many times they join exercise activities, when they exercise and what exercise intensity they got. However, there's no significant differences among their academic achievements toward grade progress and learning satisfaction. As a result, high school students should be suggested and encouraged to keep a habit of exercising frequently to keep not only physical but mental health; furthermore, having a habit of doing exercise can keep or even make progress on their academic achievements and learning satisfaction.
