Anterior crossbite is defined as an abnormal labiolingual relationship between one or more maxillary and mandibular incisor teeth. Anterior crossbite correction in early mixed dentition is highly recommended because this type of malocclusion does not diminish with age. Various techniques have been used to correct anterior crossbite. This paper presents a case using an inclined bite plane combined with a fixed orthodontic appliance for anterior crossbite correction in early mixed dentition.
