摘要

本文探討芬蘭在「芬蘭化」以前的適應政治。筆者先從適應政治的模型勾勒出位於強鄰的芬蘭可能對應的生存模式。接著按歷史進程，分析芬蘭與瑞典、俄羅斯的分離競合，並介紹芬蘭在不同時空背景的與強鄰的相處方式，文後也藉著芬蘭的模式，給台灣的生存帶來想像空間。

This article investigates Finland's adaptive politics before its ”Finlandization.” The author begins with analyzing Finland's powerful neighbourhood and its possible survival model in terms of adaptive politics. It followed by the separation of competing between Finland, Sweden and Russia. The Finland model and its implication for Taiwan will be the last section of this article.
