摘要

我們首先將探討轉型正義的內涵、機制、以及功能，接著嘗試去理解反對者的觀點，再來分析進行轉型正義可能遭遇到的困難，然後，我們要切入台灣著手轉型正義的三項課題，包括二二八事件的遺緒、分配政策與族群認同、以及中華民國體制的框架。

We start with the exploration of the meanings, mechanisms, and functions. Efforts are then made to understand the perspectives of its opponents. After examining probable obstacles in its pursuit, we will look into the challenges Taiwan has met while endeavoring to implement transitional justice so far, including the legacy of the February 28th Uprising, the intertwined relations between distributional policy and ethnic identity, and the iron cage of the Republic of China system.
