從土耳其的區域戰略環境評價土中關係

An Appraisal of the Turkey-China Relations in Light of Turkish Regional Strategic Environment

摘要

身處歐亞大陸國家的交界處，98%穆斯林的土耳其處於危機四伏的邊緣。歐亞是一個民族成分複雜、經濟落後、而社會動蕩的區域。本文試圖勾劃土耳其如何在這一特殊之戰略性區域的基礎上，發展其與中國的關係。本文指出，土耳其採取了彈性與平衡的途徑從事外交。土耳其試圖透過全方位戰略極大化其外交利得，但也在與區域與國際列強的周旋中，冒著風險。

Located at the junction of Eurasian countries, with 98% Muslims, Turkey is a country living on the brink of crisis. Eurasia is a region with complicated ethnic composition, economic backwardness, and social unrest. This paper attempts to depict how Turkey develops its relationship with China based upon such a uniquely strategic region. The article indicates that Turkey takes flexible and balanced approaches to its foreign relations. Turkey tries to maximize its diplomatic benefits from a comprehensive strategy, but it also takes a risk in coping with complicated relations among the regional and global powers.
