The purpose of this paper is to analyze the process of constitutional reform in Ukraine, including the constitutional amendments and the context of political reform. This article is made up of three main sections. The evolution of Ukraine's constitution since independence will be examined in section one. Besides, the main concepts of the constitutional amendments are going to be reviewed in section two. And finally, the challenges for Ukraine's constitutional system will be discussed in section three.
