「通識核心」課程之理念、規劃與反思－以「經典詮釋與生命實踐」課程為例

摘要

大學教育不僅是專業知識與技能之培養，亦是學生人格、視野與人文涵養深化發展的重要階段，而大學之通識教育正擔負著專業融通與跨域整合之關鍵角色。在通識教育課程中，核心課程除應具備一般通識課程之知識承載與跨域視野外，更應於通識核心能力之培養與提升上發揮更大之功能。此外，亦應朝課程優質化與深刻化等方向累積與發展。本文即以「經典詮釋與生命實踐」課程為例，探討藝術大學通識核心課程之規劃與執行，並反思實際教學過程中有關教材設計、課程發展、TA融入教學及學習成效等議題。經典是文化之基礎，亦是藝術創作借鏡、散發之本源。培養閱讀與詮釋經典之能力是通識教育核心能力之一，本課程擇取與藝術大學學生關係較密切之《紅樓夢》為文本，透過導讀與問題討論等方式，配合教學助理融入課程等各種設計，期能引起經典閱讀之興趣，並習得詮釋經典之基本方法。此外，藝術與生活、生命實則一體兩面，生命教育亦是通識教育重要之核心議題，本課程嘗試將經典詮釋與生命實踐進行結合，期能引導同學將經典讀入生命之中，進而與藝術專業融通後，實踐於社會之中。本文首先說明課程設計之理念、作業設計之目的、教學助理之規劃及課程發展進程等。其次，反思課程執行過程中之得失及教學與學習成效等問題，最終嘗試就藝術大學通識核心課程之規劃與發展提出淺見，分享與就教。

Go through the reflection about course program, teaching skill and the plan about teaching-assistant with in class, we try to expound the conception and method about ＂core＂ in general education.
