The study aimed at analyzing the demographic physical and caring factors related to hemodialysis efficiency for the uremia patients. There were 120 uremia patients purposely selected from the hemodialysis room of a regional hospital. Data was retrieved from electronic archival files of the hospital. The results indicated that female patients with lower body weight native AV fistula, smooth dialysis course tend to hove a better hemodialysis efficiency. It is highly recommended that body weight control and self core program on taking care of native AV fistula will be provided to uremia patients for the improvement of their hemodialysis efficiency and quality of life.
