某區域教學醫院護理人員N1通過率及其相關因素之研究

The Related Factors of the Pass Rate of N1 Ladder at a Regional Teaching Hospital in Southern Taiwan

摘要


本研究之目的在探討南部某區域教學醫院護理人員N1之通過率及其影響因素。採橫斷式研究法(crossectional study),收案條件需符合於2005年7月31日前尚未參與進階之護理人員,共計89人。以半結構式問卷爲研究工具收集資料,經過專家效度檢定,回收資料以Excel軟體鍵入,使用SPSS/PC+13.0套裝軟體分析資料,以邏輯式複迴歸分析處理主要之影響因素。量性分析結果顯示:護理人員N1進階通過率爲12.4%。研究架構9個自變項中僅「進階N1內容之認知」得分與是否通過N1間達顯著相關;即對進階N1內容的認知得分愈高則通過率愈高,平均得分每增加一分,通過的機會增加1.37倍。故建議:增加宣導的管道及方式,或製作手冊及查檢表以供隨時之查詢。另由質性資料分析結果發現,護理人員覺得最困難的項目爲書寫讀書報告,其次是上班時間無法配合進階教育課程。故建議成立輔導小組及製作讀書報告寫作範本,供護理人員參考;另外可製作進階教育課程教學光碟,使學習時間更有彈性。

The aim of this study was to survey NI pass rate and to analyze its related factors at a regional teaching hospital in southern Taiwan. The subjects of the study were 89 nurses who have not passed Ni ladder before July 31, 2005. The instrument of the study was a half structure questionnaire include qualitative and quantitative parts. The results of quantitative part showed that the Ni pass rate was 12.4%, and only the recognition of the content of Ni had significant in pass of Ni, and one score more 1.37 times to pass. The suggestions are: improve and increase the types of education and advertise and write a handbook or checklist to be read easily. The results of qualitative part showed that the most difficult problem for nurses was reading of literature review and writing report. The second, they have difficulty to meet the time of in-service NI educational programs with their working schedule. We suggest a team should be set up to assist nurse to write the report and a model of calligraphy should be made for nurses to learn. We could also use a teaching disc to make the nurse to learn more flexibly and conveniently. The effects will be evaluated after the interventions were implemented.
