Integrating Disconfirmation Paradigm, Emotion Patterns and TAM to Construct an Intention Model for Continuous Adoption of Portal Site

摘要


本研究整合失驗典範、情緒模式、及TAM建構入口網站持續採用意圖模式。研究中以入口網站為目標系統,結果發現持續採用意圖的變異幾乎可由滿意度解釋。在影響滿意度的五個假說檢驗,知覺有用性、知覺易用性、正向情緒、負向情緒與滿意度的關係均達顯著水準,但確認性的關係未成立。由情緒與滿意度的關係獲得支持,也驗證先前文獻所提,將系統使用過程所引發的情緒納入於滿意度的評估,可提昇滿意度的預測力。從認知信念與滿意度的正向關係則可知,知覺有用性與知覺易用性兩變數,在系統採用後仍舊扮演著重要角色,其中又以知覺有用性的角色最為重要。

This study integrating disconfirmation paradigm, emotion patterns and TAM to construct an intention model for continuous adoption of portal site. The study used portal site as its research observations. The results show that the variation on the user's continuous adoption of information systems can almost be explained by satisfaction. The five hypotheses assumed to affect satisfaction, tests revealed that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, positive emotion and negative emotion have a significant relation with satisfaction, but the proposed relation between confirmation and satisfaction is not established. Through the support of the relation between emotion and satisfaction, it confirmed, as previous research mentioned, including the emotional effect on the process in using a system to evaluate satisfaction will enhance the prediction of satisfaction. From the positive relation between belief bases and satisfaction, it is known that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use played important roles at both before the adoption of a system and after adoption of a system, with even more importance placed on the perceived usefulness.
