三代宅者價值量表發展之研究

摘要

本研究旨在發展三代宅者之價值衡量量表，過程中係參考相關學術文獻及期刊作為理論依據，並結合三代同堂價值的概念，來擬定三代宅者之價值量表題項，進而發展研究量表，透過文獻探索及專家訪談檢驗內容分析，進行探索性因素分析，再利用驗證性分析檢測相關信度、效度來確立三代宅者之價值量表衡量題項，以俾於學術與實務上研究時之有效量化受測者的分析運用。

The aim of this study is to develop the scale of the value of house for extended family by integrating the concept of exchange theory, economy, and emotion based on literatures. This study performs exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to validate the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. The result of this study can be the questionnaire for future research.
