摘要

危機處理爲管理人員必備的基本能力，而將突發事件之危機化爲轉機則是管理能力的昇華，如能進一步在轉機中握機乘勢、乘勝追擊，爲組織爭取更大的利益，更是管理者才能的極致表現，也是組織與個人競爭能力的最佳證明。
本文首先說明如何從突發事件中判明其是否對我方組織有利，接著介紹如何從中尋找對我方組織有利之因素，繼而有系統的列舉對組織有利事件之處理步驟，最後以一個流程圖顯示化危機爲轉機的作業程序。

Crisis management is the necessary basic ability of managers, and turning crisis of abrupt event into opportunities is the sublimation of management capability. Moreover, further grasping the opportunity, taking advantage of the circumstances, following up a victory with hot pursuit in the opportunities, and striving a bigger benefit for their own organizations, these are the perfect performance of manager’s potentiality and the best proof of organizations and their staffs’ competitive strength.
At first, this study explains how to distinguish it from the emergency whether it is beneficial for an organization, and then introduces how to seek out what factors having advantages to the organization. Subsequently, the study systematically enumerates the processing steps for the beneficial events. Finally, it displays an operational procedure by a flowchart to show how to turn the crisis into opportunities for abrupt events.
