摘要

發球和接發球技術是桌球技術中的重要項目，在桌球發展的過程中占有重要作用，對提高運動水平和取得優異成績有著重大影響，發球是先發制人爭取主動的有力武器，目的是力求以發球直接得分或爲搶攻創造條件，而接發球是在前三板爭奪中具有舉足輕重之作用，它們是直接影響運動員戰術運用及比賽勝負，因此要加強發球與接發球的訓練，並針對各運動員打法進行模擬、實戰訓練，進而提升發球與接發球的質量。

Serving and receiving skill are the most important factors in the table tennis, it's very important in the table tennis development, and it has a great impact to improve sport level and achieve excellent results. Serving is a powerful weapon to take initiative action; the purpose is to score easily or create serving-attack situation. Receiving plays a key role in the first three balls, it will influence athlete's tactical application and win-loss results. It's necessary to train an athlete's serving and reserving, then improve the quality of serving and reserving.
