大專體育教師工作特性與滿意度之研究－以南部地區大專院校爲例

摘要

本研究主要目的在探討大專體育教師工作特性與滿意度之關係，以及進行教師的背景變項在工作特性與滿意度上之差異分析。以問卷調查方式調查225位大專院校體育教師，所得資料經t檢定、單因子變異數、皮爾遜積差相關、迴歸分析。研究結果發現：（一）大專體育教師背景變項在工作特性與工作滿意度上大部分達顯著性差異。（二）工作特性各構面與工作滿意度各構面皆達顯著相關。（三）工作特性對工作滿意度有顯著預測力，解釋變異量爲25.5%。根據以上研究發現本研究對體育教師及未來研究提出一些建議。

The purpose of this study was intended to explore the relationship between job characteristics and job satisfaction of the physical education teachers in universities and colleges. The questionnaire was used on this study and total 225 subjects were return. The data analysis has included descriptive analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis, regression. The findings were as follows: The background variables of the physical education teachers have significantly and partially different on the job characteristic and job satisfaction. 2. There is significantly positively correlation between job characteristic and job satisfaction of physical education teachers in universities and colleges. 3. The job characteristic significantly predict 25.5 % of variance of job satisfaction. According to the above research finding, this study provided some suggestions for physical education teachers and the future studies.
