橄欖球教練身兼體育老師雙重角色之探討

摘要


就許多喜愛橄欖球運動的年輕人而言,最初是來自學校,由學校的體育老師或俱樂部的教練所培養出的興趣(或是因為父母的興趣影響使然)。但對於學校、體育活動和運動培春計劃的影響,以及這些內容的執行,即為球員培養上的主要影響因素,且可確保球員對於比賽所付出的努力。本文目的即簡要探討教練的角色,且跟老師的角色加以比較,而評估這兩個職位上的衝突,特別是在個人同時扮演兩個角色的時候。尤甚以臺灣來說,就許多喜愛橄欖球運動的年輕人而言,最初幾乎均是來自學校,教練通常也此是體育老師。本文探討所得便為在教練、教師教育和其中的主要差異要素,就是要嬴得比賽的目標,而老師教育的最終目的,就是教導學生成為社會上的有用的成員。
