影響體育績優生生涯發展關鍵因素之探討-真理大學之實證分析

The Influence Factors of Career Development for the Elite Athlete Students-An Empirical Study of Aletheia University

摘要


本研究主要目的在探討影響體育績優生生涯發展之主要因素,分析體育績優生在各項生涯發展因素之差異。在研究方法上,首先建立「體育績優生生涯發展」量表,並對真理大學運動管理系之體育績優生50人進行普查,利用因素分析、單因子變異數分析針對性別、年級、專長體育項目、接觸體育專長時間等變項,進行比較分析。萃取出「制度因素」、「學業適應」、「人際和諧」、「環境因素」、「同僚關係」、「升學規劃」、「學習意願」、「訓練時間」、「訓練參與」及「衝突」等十大因素。透過多重比較發現,男女生在「學業適應」和「升學規劃」二項因素上有顯著性差異。在「學業適應」因素中顯示女生對學業的困擾程度高於男生,升學壓力也大於男生,但在「升學規劃」因素上女生升學意願卻高於男生,也認為學校安排的課程與未來的生涯規劃能相契合。在「學習意願」方面,接觸體育專長時間為五年之體育績優生比其他接觸專長時間之體育績優生較為低落。本研究主要貢獻在於找出影響體育績優生生涯發展的主要因素,有助於釐清體育績優生未來之生涯發展阻礙因素,並可作為體育保送制度擬定之參考。

This study was to investigate the major career development factors and further compared the differences of the factors in demographic variables for the elite athlete students. The measure scales of career development for the elite athlete students were established to census 50 elite athlete students from the Department of Sport Management in Aletheia University. The factor analysis and one-way ANOVA method were utilized to analyze and compare the differences in gender, grade, specialty item, and engaging time. Ten major factors including ”system factor”, ”study adaptation”, ”relationship harmonizes”, ”environment facto?”, ”associate relation”, ”promotion programming”, ”learning intention”, ”training time”, ”training participation”, and ”conflict factor” were extracted to explain why they would affect the career development of the elite athlete students. Through multiple comparisons, the results showed that the gender variable had significant differences in ”study adaptation” and ”promotion programming” factors. It meant that female students were inferior to male in ”study adaptation” factor, and the pressure to advance to a higher school was higher than male. However, female students had a higher promotion intention than male, and they also believed that the existing courses arranged by school were consistent with their future career development. As to the “learning intention” factor, the students whose engaging time with the athletics specialty item is five years were significant lower than others. Ten major influence factors were successfully extracted for realizing the obstacles to the career development of the elite athlete students, so as to establish a valuable reference for the recommended scheme of elite athlete students.
