大專院校特優級排球校隊選手組織承諾之研究

Organizational Commitment of First Class Collegiate Volleyball Team Players in Taiwan

摘要


本研究目的在了解目前大專院校特優級排球選手組織承諾現況與差異情形。以95學年參加大專排球運動聯賽特優級男子組與女子組之選手為受試對象,採用問卷調查方式進行,共發出288份,回收256份,經廢卷處理,有效問卷共計有248份。回收之數據利用描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定及單因子變異數分析來驗證本研究之相關假設。研究結果為:一、大專院校特優級排球選手組織承諾高低依序為「團隊認同」,其次為「努力意願」。二、大專院校特優級排球校隊選手組織承諾除在不同性別方面無顯著差異的存在,其餘變項皆有顯著差異存在。結論為大專院校特優級排球選手所認同組織承諾的團隊認同部分較高。且選手會因曾經入選國家隊(青年隊以上)、每週訓練天數與擔任位置的不同而影響選手對組織承諾的認同程度。

The purpose of this study was to explore the situation and difference in organizational commitment of first class collegiate volleyball team players in Taiwan. This study took the '05~'06 IJVA competitive teams for study. The study used questionnaire investigation to study; there were totally 288 copies delivered and 256 copies received. After reject the invalid questionnaires which skipped too many items or gave obviously negative answers, we collected 248 available copies. This study was analyzed by descriptive statistic, t-test and ANOVA to prove the concerned assumption of the study. Results as follow: 1. Rank of organizational commitment of first class collegiate volleyball team players were: team identify, hard intention. 2. Different background, besides sexual, of first class collegiate volleyball team player had different perception of organizational commitment. Conclusion were players of first class collegiate volleyball team in Taiwan perception team identify stronger, and players' feeling of organizational commitment were impacted by level, training days per week and position.
