休閒遊憩者對運動公園設施使用滿意度之探討－以花蓮縣立運動公園為例

摘要

近年來國人健康意識抬頭，對於運動休閒之需求提升，政府亦積極推展全民運動、廣建休閒運動設施欲滿足民眾多元需求。運動公園設計雖以滿足民眾需求為考量，相關研究卻顯示使用率偏低，許多空間仍屬閒置狀態（吳國銑，2005），因此，本研究以花蓮縣立運動公園使用者為研究對象，主要目的在暸解運動公園休閒遊憩者對公園設指使用滿意度之分析，以供未來欲興建運動公園之業者設施規劃之參考。本研究採問卷調查法，以隨機抽樣的方式到運動公園內各個場地設施進行調查，得到有效問卷500份。依實際調查結果得知：1.性別與年齡變項對設施之「服務」功能滿意度皆未達顯著2.教育程度會受設施之各項功能而影響其滿意度3.就設施之「便利」功能而官，交通工具為「機車」或「自小客車」會高於乘騎腳踏車的使用者4.頻率不會受設施所提供之各項功能而影響其滿意度5.在設施之「運動」、「便利」功能會受路程變項而影響其滿意度。故建議運動公園或相關單位應：1.加強設施之維護與管理機制2.為培訓花蓮地區更多優秀人才以改善選手培訓環境與生活品質為首要目的3.規劃良好的自行車路線與醒目的路標4.針對不同人口特性的使用者進行活動設計5.對各設施之特色進行差異化的經營。

Until recently, citizens realize the importance of health concept and exercising. With the increasing exercise's demand, the government also highly promotes the concept of the benefit from exercise and increase the exercise facility to fulfill customers' needs. Although the exercise facilities were designed to meet the needs of the citizens, the research showed the usages were fairly low. Many exercise facilities still remain idle. Thus, the intension of this study is to examine the satisfaction of using the Hualian County Sport Park The research subjects are the users from Hualian County Sport Park The results are used to determine the satisfaction of users and to improve facilities of the park The random sampling method was used for the research, which a total of 500 questionnaires were collected.. The conclusions are: First, the user satisfaction of facilities includes sports, service, convenience, space and experience and the total average is 2.71. Furthermore, people who are participating in leisure activities in Sport park are satisfied with convenience and not satisfied with experience. Second, no significant differences in the satisfaction of frequency for leisure activity There are significant difference in gender, age, distance, level of education, and transportation. According to this, Recommendations are: 1. To set up intact maintenance mechanism of management for Hualian County Sport Part 2. To improve the life quality for Hualian Physical Experimental Education Senior High School' students. 3. To provide the routes for users of bicycle for Sport Park. 4 To plan suits each person's activity. 5. To provides users diverse services.
