志工管理的良窳是決定志工服務團隊是否達成組織的目標及志工是否願意持續參與服務並提昇服務品質的主要關鍵因素。本研究主要探討學校運動志工參與動機及管理滿意度,以真理大學(淡水校區)98學年度運動志工隊為研究對象,採用問卷調查法,根據實際調查所得資料,以描述性統計、因素分析、相關分析、獨立樣本t檢定及單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行資料分析。經研究結果得知,管理滿意度最高的是「提升能力」。運動志工「參與動機」與「管理滿意度」所有的因素皆呈現顯著正相關,其中「參與動機」的「自我充實」與「利己性」皆與「管理滿意度」的「提升能力」相關程度最高;「利己性」與「利他性」皆與「訓練完整性」相關程度最高。
The purposes of this study were: 1) to reveal the effect of the preposition factors of sport volunteers management; 2) to understand the current development of sport volunteers management; 3) to understand sport volunteers participation motive and degree of management satisfaction. The sample of this study was survey 70 volunteers from Aletheia University (Tamsui) sport volunteers team in 2009. According to the data collected from the survey, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, t-test, factor analysis and correlation analysis of SPSS was used to accomplish data analysis.The study found that sport volunteer management of college students. 1. The highest degree of management satisfaction is ”promotion ability”. 2. Sport volunteers of ”the participation motive and the degree of management satisfaction”, the relativity is highest of ”the self-enrichment” and ”egoistic” to ”promotion ability”; the relativity is highest of ”egoistic” and ”altruistic” to ”training integrity”.
