中高齡者阻力訓練之初探

The Review of Resistance Training in Elderly Adults

摘要


人口老化問題逐日嚴重,然而人口老化除了醫藥科技發達、衛生環境進步及營養改善外,主要的因素是健康意識的抬頭。為瞭解如何讓中高齡者運用阻力訓練讓健康予以改善,本研究透過文獻探討來了解中高齡肌力和骨質流失現象、骨質的再塑、阻力影響骨質與肌肉之機轉、阻力訓練的建議與益處和功能性評估與阻力訓練計畫之擬定來了解阻力訓練對中高齡者之重要性。針對綜評性文獻進行探討,提供訓練中高年齡者人員之參考,且利用透過阻力訓練之中高年齡者,改善未來之生活品質與身體健康。

Conduct comprehensive assessment of the literature for providing training in the high age of the reference person officers, and through the use of resistance training among high age to improve the future quality of life and health.
