The research focuses on exploring the influences of free time management, leisure satisfaction, and well-being of hospitality major vocational high school students in central Taiwan. A questionnaire survey was conducted for hospitality major vocational high school students. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed and 250 were collected with a response rate of 83%. A validity rate of 94% with 236 valid questionnaires. The collected data were organized by using SPSS24.0 statistical software. The correlation between variables was analyzed by using AMOS24.0 statistical software. The results of this study are as follows: 1. There are significant differences of free time management on leisure satisfaction. 2. There are significant differences of free time management on well-being. 3. There are significant differences of leisure satisfaction on well-being. The research findings can be provided as a reference for relevant agencies.
