行動智慧導向的教學創新

The instructional innovation of wisdom for action orientation

摘要


本文旨在析述行動智慧導向的教學創新。首先,概述教學創新的意義、目的與層面。其次,析述教學創新問題的覺察與省思。再次,析論如何善用行動智慧概念,深耕教學創新志業。然後,析論建構完善之教學創新支持系統與配套措施。最後,提出本文之結論與展望。

This paper aims to analyze the instructional innovation of wisdom for action orientation. Firstly, there is an overview of definition, purposes and dimensions of instructional innovation. Secondly, the awareness and reflection on the instructional innovation are described. Thirdly, the author discusses how to apply the concept of wisdom for action to promote instructional innovation. Fourthly, construction of the comprehensive support system of instructional innovation and complementary measures is then discussed. Finally, conclusions and prospects of this paper are proposed.
