高職美容丙級實習課程專業能力探討

摘要

高職美容科的教育目標是以培育美容之基層人才爲主，美容丙級技術士檢定爲美容類技能檢定之基礎。本文旨在探討美容基層人才所必須具備的基本專業能力，綜合國內外美容檢定之技能項目，並以國內美容丙級檢定之技能檢定項目爲主要訪談類別，其次經由帶領焦點團體(Focus Group)的方式，請高職美容科學生進行小組對話，最後將焦點團體中所討論產生的結果加以分析、歸納整理出結論與建議，期能更進一步瞭解高職美容科學生基本專業能力之學習。

The main aims in the department of cosmetic of vocational high school were to cultivate beautician professionals. Further, the professional skill test of cosmetic was the primary content of course in the department of cosmetic of vocational high school. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the professional competence development adopting focus group interview of high school student. The results of this study provided some evidence to interpret the professional development regarding cosmetician training. Meanwhile, the implication of cosmetic profession education was discussed.
