摘要

透過餐廳現場觀察，文件分析及深度的訪談，研究者想了解的是，一個女性餐廳的創業者，其創業動機、創業的個人背景以及其生長背景和婚姻愛情觀如何構成了個人的創業歷程並進一步探討所遇到的問題及困難。研究以故事敘說的方式，娓娓道出一位女創業家在餐飲業的創業歷程；故事的舖陳分成九個部份：一、生命的流轉，二、成長背景造就了創業的潛力，三、個人特質，四、創業動機，五、創業歷程，六、經營理念，七、創業的困難及遇到的問題，八、性別角色態度和女性創業的優勢，以及九、婚姻愛情觀。在研究的最後，並作一反思，來檢視此個案的創業歷程所帶給研究者及創業者的啓示。

This is a case study of a female restaurant entrepreneur. Through the eyes of the researcher we can see how a female entrepreneur open her own restaurant and what the process and experience are to start her business. The aims of the study is to find out the motivation and background as well as the problem has been encountered for the entrepreneur through the process of entrepreneurship. The methods in the study include depth-interview, documentary analysis and observation on-site to obtain the information needed. The interpreting of the story includes nine sections as the following: 1. life experiences, 2.growth background creates the potential of opening a restaurant, 3.personal traits, 4.motivation for start a business, 5.entrepreneurship process, 6.management concept, 7.the problems and difficulties encountered, 8.sexual attitude and the advantages for female entrepreneur, 9.marriage attitude. At the end of the study, the reflection by the author has been written for future research and entrepreneurs.
