本研究旨在探討高中職餐飲管理科女性教師生涯自我效能及生涯阻礙之相關情形。本研究主要採問卷調查法,針對台灣地區77所高中及高職學校,計約418名餐飲管理科女性教師爲主要研究對象,有效問卷爲402份,回收率96.17%。將問卷以次數百分比、t考驗、單因子變異數及典型相關等統計方法進行分析。其重要結果如下:(1)高中職餐飲管理科教師生涯自我效能爲中上程度,生涯阻礙爲稍微有阻礙。(2)不同年齡、教育程度、婚姻狀況、任教年資、專業證照數及教師資格之高中職餐飲管理科女性教師在生涯自我效能上達顯著差異。(3)不同年齡、教育程度、婚姻狀況、任教年資、專業證照數及教師資格之高中職餐飲管理科女性教師在生涯阻礙上達顯著差異。(4)高中職餐飲管理科女性教師生涯自我效能與生涯阻礙具有兩個典型相關。(5)生涯自我效能中之推論性及難度知覺高者,在背景/情境方面、個人/心理方面及社會/人際方面的阻礙就愈低。
The main purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation among the career self-efficacy and career barriers for female teachers in food and beverage department of the vocational high schools. The survey was conducted for this study. The subjects were the female teachers of the food and beverage department from 77 vocational high schools in Taiwan, having 418 teachers to do the questionnaires for data collecting. 402 acceptable questionnaires were collected. The return rate is 96.17%. The samples data analysis used descriptive statistic, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and canonical correlation analysis. The principle findings of this research were as follows: 1. The levels of career self-efficacy and career barriers of teachers were middle levels. 2. There were significant differences in career self-efficacy for the variables of age, education levels, and marital status, teaching experiences, number of professional certification and teachers' certification. 3. There were significant differences in career barriers the variables of age, education levels, marital status, and teaching experiences, number of professional certification and teachers' certification. 4. Career barriers and career self-efficacy have two canonical correlation analyses for female teachers in food and beverage department of the vocational high schools. 5. Higher of deduction and consciousness of difficulty that could use lower of the individual/mentality barriers, background/circumstance, social/Interpersonal.
