彰化縣員林國小中、高年級學童體適能狀況之分析

An Analysis of the Physical Fitness of Students at YuanLin Elementary School, Changhua County, Taiwan

摘要


本研究目的是要了解彰化縣員林國小中、高年級學童之體適能狀況,本研究之對象經隨機、叢集抽樣方式挑選出四、五兩個年級學生一共593人,其中四年級有330人,包含男生164人、女生166人,五年級有263人,包含男生136人及女生127人。體適能測驗項目為身體質量指數(B.M.I.)、坐姿體前彎、仰臥起坐60秒、立定跳遠與800公尺跑走共五項,測驗結果及與台閩地區中、小學學生體適能常模比較發現: 1.員林國小中、高年級男女學童在身體質量(B.M.I.)上和全國常模相比較並無明顯之差異。 2.員林國小中年級男女學童在坐姿體前彎上和全國常模相比並無明顯差異,而高年級男女學童則明顯優於全國常模。 3.員林國小中年級男女學童在仰臥起坐60秒上明顯低於全國常模,而高年級男生與全國平均接近,無明顯差異,女生則是稍優於全國常模。 4.員林國小中年級男女學童在立定跳遠上明顯低於全國常模,高年級男生也稍低於全國常模,高年級女生則接近全國常模。 5.員林國小中年級男生在800公尺跑走上接近全國常模,中年級女生略高於全國常模,高年級男女學童則接近全國常模。

The purpose of this study was to analyze the physical fitness of middle- and high-stage students at Yuanlin Elementary School (Changhua County, Taiwan) and to compare their scores with the national standards. Five hundred ninety-three subjects participated in this study, including 330 fourth-graders (164 boys and 166 girls) and 263 fifth-graders (136 boys and 127 girls). The administered tests included the body mass index (B.M.I.), a sit-and-reach test, 60-second bent-knee sit-ups, a standing long-jump test and an 800-meter run-walk. The results included the following: 1. On the B.M.I., both middle- and high-stage students of both genders scored very close to the national average. 2. On the sit-and-reach test, the middle-stage students of both genders were close to the national average; however, the high-stage students of both genders scored significantly higher than the national average. 3. On 60-second bent-knee sit-ups, the middle-stage students of both genders scored significantly lower than the national average; the high-stage male students were close to the national average; whereas, the high-stage female students scored higher than the national average. 4. On the standing long-jump test, the middle-stage students of both genders scored much lower than the national average; the high-stage male students scored slightly lower than the national average; whereas, the high-stage female students were close to the national average. 5. On the 800-meter run-walk test, the middle-stage male students scored close to the national average; the middle-stage females were slightly higher than the national average; whereas, the high-stage students of both genders scored close to the national average.
