台海兩岸定位問題之回顧與前瞻

摘要

近年來，台灣經歷了政治民主化、經濟自由化、社會多元化等多方面的改造，因此不論於形式上或實質上，台灣皆有異於以往的蛻變與成長。惟台海兩岸定位問題之解決，於台灣內部或外部皆存在著不同的看法與期待，尤其是台灣內部人民對此問題之看法與期待更顯分歧。筆者個人認爲：基於維護台灣及台灣人民權益之考量，台海兩岸定位問題之解決，應先於台灣內部透過理性思辯的方式求得共識後，再進一步來尋求兩岸雙方皆可接受的解決方案。緣此，回到務實與理性層面來思索兩岸關係之解決方案，不失爲一可行之道，而本文即是基於此種思考下之產物！

In recent years, Taiwan has experienced various reforms such as political democratization, economic liberalization and social pluralism. Therefore, Taiwan is now at variance with its transformation and growth in both form and essence in former years. However, how to solve the issue of national sovereignty in relations between Taiwan and China to the satisfaction of both sides of the Taiwan Strait exists in various views and anticipation both internationally and domestically-but especially within Taiwan. For my own concern and to maintain local interest, the Taiwanese people should first engage in rational thinking to seek a solution for this issue; then, Taiwan and China should together seek a solution. The purpose of this article is to show the feasibility of formulating a plan to solve the issue of national sovereignty on both sides of the Taiwan Strait by means of rational thinking, within the scope of reality, regarding both the Mainland question and the Taiwan problem.
