策略觀點之組織間關係管理的研究

The Study of Inter-organizational Relationships: A Strategic View

摘要


在分工益趨精密的產業競爭環境中,組織間相互依賴的程度也日益提高。組織間競爭優勢的建構已儼然成為管理者重要挑戰課題,如何透過組織間關係的槓桿運用,以有效與快速地取得必要的資源,或者是強化組織間的學習能力以提昇本身之競爭優勢等,厥為組織間關係管理最適切議題。本文旨在從最根本的觀念,深入探討組織間關係的本質與內涵,並就組織間關係管理重要的課題一組織間統治,從理論意涵與重要的統治機制之設計等基本邏輯,嘗試對組織間關係管理做一個有系統地、周延性的文獻探討。本文的特色之一在於從各種面向釐清組織間統治機制之內涵及其背後的理論依據。因此,本文廣泛地從(一)交易成本理論、(三)知識基礎觀點、(三)社會資本理論、以及(四)認知學派等當前主流的組織理論觀點,對於組織間關係管理的詮釋,做一比較分析與歸納整理。本文最後並就未來研究方向與課題,提出重要的研究構念與觀念性架構。

In competitive industrial environment, solid specialization in core capability of organizations underscores the importance of the interdependence among organizations. Under this circumstance, it has become one of the most challenging objectives for managers to build competitive advantage through well-organized interorganizational relationships (IORs), which facilitates organizations' efficient resource acquisition and interorganizational learning capabilities. Since the core spirit of the IORs management rely heavily on the governance among firms, this study, grounding on synthesis for several underlying rationales of organization theory (i.e. transaction cost economics; knowledge-based view; social capital theory; cognitive governance school), sets out to make systematic reviews, comparisons, and discussions for imperatives in and around the IORs phenomena (IORs governance mechanisms as axis). Extent research implications and possible hints for future directions are discussed finally.
