機械業企業資源規劃與自動倉儲系統整合之個案研究

摘要

本研究實際觀察機械業導入企業資源規劃(ERP)後，面對企業擬改善倉儲管理能力，因而增加導入自動倉儲系統(AS/RS)，為了能有效整合兩個異質的作業系統，且過去研究甚少討論此議題，因此本研究嘗試採用個案研究分析方法，探討可能會造成資訊系統整合之問題。研究結果發現：ERP軟體商比自行開發者或AS/RS系統商，更適合扮演資訊整合的角色；ERP軟體採用批次移轉AS/RS系統，會讓作業程序較為順暢；ERP系統與AS/RS系統整合，確實可以達到較佳的作業效率。

After implementing Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP), we observe machine industry want to improve their storage management capabilities. Thereby Automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS) is considered by some companies. However, there are few previous papers to discuss how to integrate these two heterogeneous systems effectively. So this study tries to use case study method to explore possible problems about the information system integration. The results are showed as follows: (1) ERP software vendors may be more suitable to play the role of information integration than the self-developed ERP companies or AS/RS vendors, (2) The method that ERP software uses a batch carry-over AR/RS system may let the operating procedures more smoothly, (3) The integration of ERP and AS/RS can achieve better operational efficiency.
