摘要

近年來由於電腦的普及和網路速度的提升，資訊科技融入教學已成為倍受重視的研究主題。由於許多管理課程中，互動與實務能力的培養是重要的教學目標；因此，為了提供更有效的訓練方式，建立線上互動模擬環境是一個值得思考的方向。本研究嘗試將投資管理訓練結合網路技術，讓使用者可以藉由網路操作環境進行虛擬股市交易，隊學習及演練投資理財的知識與技能。此外，系統並提供即時討論區及投資理財相關知識的測驗，可對營業員進行能力鑑定，同時也可作為投資人實境演練的學習環境，達到實務和理論兼備的學習成效。經過一個半月的實驗結果顯示，本系統提供的功能，可符合80%使用者的需求；同時對初學者而言，不論在股市操作實務和投資基礎理論的學習也都有相當的助益。

In the recent years, the growing popularity of computers and networks has attracted researchers to study the strategy and the effect of information technology applied instructions. Since management courses focus on the training of communication and practical problem- solving abilities, it has become an important issue to develop an on-line interactive learning environment to simulate the real world situation. In this paper, we propose a learning environment for investment management via computer networks, which provides a virtual interface for stock transaction and traditional learning and drill facilities as well. The experimental results show that the system has met the learners' need of facilitating both practical and theatrical abilities.
