提升護理人員對胸管存留護理指導之成效

本旨為提升護理人員對胸管存留護理指導成效，當胸腔手術胸管存留護理指導不完整，可能會發生病人管路滑脫或自拔異常情形，影響病人治療及恢復，延長住院天數，甚至死亡，對醫療服務品質產生負面影響；因此，提供完整有效率的衛教內容及方式，有助胸腔術後病人之恢復並減低異常事件的發生；經調查護理人員對胸管存留護理指導完整率低原因：紙本單張內容太單調，缺乏吸引力、工作繁忙，衛教時間不足、護理指導工具不完善、衛教內容不一致。進行改善：製作「胸管照護指導手冊」、「胸腔手術後照護指導多媒體衛教影片」及「胸腔術後引流瓶管路衛教教具」、制定「胸腔術後管路護理指導稽核制度」；結果，護理人員對胸管存留護理指導完整率由72.87%提升至100%；胸腔手術護理指導滿意度由48.9%提升至92.42%，顯示措施介入有效提升護理指導成效及照護品質。

The purpose is to improve the effectiveness of nursing guidance on chest tube retention for nursing staff, when the nursing guidance for chest tube retention in thoracic surgery is incomplete, it is possible that the patient's tubing may slip or abnormal self-extraction may occur, affect the patient's treatment and recovery, prolong the hospital stay, and even death, leading to negative impacts on the quality of medical services. Therefore, providing complete and efficient health education content and methods will help patients recover after thoracic surgery and reduce the occurrence of abnormal events. The reasons for the low completeness of nursing guidance for chest tube retention by nursing staff : The content of the paper is too monotonous and unattractive. Insufficient time for health education is caused by heavy workload. Nursing guidance tools are not perfect, and health education content is inconsistent. The improvements: Formulate「chest tube care instruction manual」,「multimedia health education video of thoracic surgery care」,「health education training aids for thoracic surgery drainage」, and establish「the audit system for thoracic surgery tubing nursing guidance」. As a result, the nursing staff's complete rate of nursing guidance for chest tube retention increased from 72.87% to 100%; the satisfaction rate of nursing guidance for thoracic surgery increased from 48.9% to 92.42%, the results showed that intervention measures effectively improved the effectiveness of nursing guidance and nursing quality.
