台灣與中國之肝腎移植探討

摘要

由於國內器官來源不足，加上兩岸地利之便與經濟狀況懸殊，故每年前往中國進行肝腎移植個案數已高於台灣國內移植個案數，2005年台彎地區肝臟移植49例，腎臟移植157例，衛生署推估，2005年一年內至少有450人到中國接受換肝或換腎手術。故本文對兩岸之肝腎患者與肝腎移植概況進行了解。並討論腎臟移植與洗腎不同治療方法，肝移植與肝切除不同治療方法。中國將於2006年7月1日起施行「人體器官移植技術臨床應用管理暫行規定」，本文亦整理比較兩岸人體器官移植法令之相同與差異處。在國共2006年「兩岸經貿論壇」提出十五項對台開放措施，在開放醫療方面，台灣醫師可在大陸短期行醫，讓未來兩岸醫療合作有更大的可行性。在肝腎移植醫療方面，以台灣醫療團隊優良之移植醫療技術與完善之術後照護經驗，供中國醫療團隊學習與參考；而中國廣大的人口數，則提供台灣醫療人員更多的移植經驗。期透過兩岸正式的合作，可提供兩岸肝腎患者更佳的移植手術品質。

Due to limited sources of organ donation and advantages of bicoastal transportation and superior financial status, the Taiwanese cases number of liver and renal transplantation operated in China overrode that in Taiwan. There are 49 cases of liver transplant and 157 cases of renal transplant in Taiwan, 2005. Accordingly, Department of Health estimated that there were at least 450 Taiwanese had renal or liver transplant surgeries in China, 2005. Owing to the overseas surgery, we make an outline of transplantations and treatment regimens conducted in Taiwan and China. China government plans to start 「Regulation of Human organ transplantation and clinical application」 on July. 01, 2006. It might be imperative for us to know all the details pertinent to the regulations. In 2006 「Economic and Trade Forum」 attended by Taiwanese opposition politicians and Chinese communist officials, announced 15 possible new trade concessions to Taiwan. It offers short-term clinical practice in China for Taiwanese physicians and promotes inter-coastal medical cooperation. In terms of cooperation, Taiwanese physicians with superior experience in transplantation can offer training program to Chinese medical team and the vast cases number of Chinese transplant will provide accumulated experience to Taiwanese physicians. We hope that it ends up the improved medical quality for transplant recipients.
