從親師衝突談特教班有效親師溝通

摘要

面對衝突，本文強調惟有在「肯定衝突的助益價值」前提下，方能真正發揮溝通效益。本文結論建議採行為整合方式以因應親師衝突，同時藉由案例分享，針對如何進行有效親師溝通提出相關建議。
