從親師衝突談特教班有效親師溝通

摘要


面對衝突,本文強調惟有在「肯定衝突的助益價值」前提下,方能真正發揮溝通效益。本文結論建議採行為整合方式以因應親師衝突,同時藉由案例分享,針對如何進行有效親師溝通提出相關建議。

This study emphasized that only when the positive value of conflict can be affirmed, the communication can be effective. This article suggested to follow behavioral integration to deal with parent-teacher conflicts. It also made suggestions to effective parent-teacher communications by providing case studies.
