摘要

身心障礙學生的鑑定與安置，需以家長同意為前提。本文主要內容即在於說明如何促進具有特殊教育需求的學生之家長，同意其子女接受特殊教育之鑑定與安置，以維護學生接受特殊教育之適性教育的權益。作者提出許多因應策略，可作為學校教師推行特殊教育之參考。
