探討同儕中介教學與介入的相關策略與實證

摘要


文獻中以同儕為媒介的相關策略有很多,但類似的專有名詞和實施步驟卻有不同之處,本文選取較常見的「同儕中介教學與介入(peer-mediated instruction and interventions,簡稱PMII」為探討的焦點,介紹PMII的理論基礎、優點、定義、不同的分類方式與策略名稱,並進一步介紹三種國內外常見的策略,列舉其實施步驟以及實證研究,最後提醒讀者PMII策略的成效需建立在訓練同儕、持續監控、並透過校正與增強,最後才能使身心障礙學生獲益。

A variety of peer-related strategies have been explored in the decades, but similar terminologies and teaching steps of such strategies were different. Here we concentrated on Peer-Mediated Instruction and Interventions (PMII) and introduced its rationale, strengths, definition, and categories in this present article. Besides, four types of strategies and their steps were extracted from the evidence-based researches. For improving better performance of students with disabilities, we finally concluded few fundamental elements of PMII: training peers first, monitoring continually, providing feedback, and enforcement.
