身心障礙學童含手行為之機轉

摘要


重度身心障礙學童常有反覆含手的行為產生,其行為產生的機轉有可能是為了得到自我刺激、獲得社會情緒的穩定;也可能是對焦慮、挫折、與生氣等的一種回應;或是具有社會溝通的功能。唯有先膫解其含手可能的機轉,才有機會採取適當的處理策略,有效地降低此異常行為。

Students with severe disabilities often exhibited repetitively hand-mouthing behaviors. Such behaviors might be displayed to obtain self-stimulus, social emotional stabilities or respond to anxiety, frustration, and anger. In some cases, hand mouthing behaviors might even occur to draw social attention. It is very important to take effective strategies before understanding the mechanism of such behaviors.
