自閉症類群障礙大專生身心特質及輔導實務

摘要


自閉症類群障礙是常見的廣泛性發展障礙;自閉症在全球已經不再是低發生率的障礙類別,其最早被發現,也最具特異性的核心症狀是社交互動障礙,溝通障礙也很常見,且具特異性;在重複而侷限的行為或興趣部分也是重要的核心症狀。自閉症類群障礙致病機轉是複合式的且尚未完全被明瞭;筆者彙整近5年大專校院自閉症學生人數佔年度身障生總人數之比率,呈現自閉症類群障礙大專生人數逐年穩定攀升,且占總人數的比率逐年上升。面對自閉症類群障礙大專生的教學及輔導其情緒及行為問題是目前最具挑戰且有壓力的議題。本文闡述自閉症類群障礙大專生之身心特質、診斷及輔導實務經驗,提供大專校院特殊教育輔導現場工作者之參考。

Autism Syndrome Disorder (ASD) is a common developmental disorder. Autism is no longer a low-prevalence disorder in the world. Its earliest discovery, and the most common specific core symptoms are social interaction disorders, communication barriers and in repetitive and limited areas of behavior or interest. The pathogenesis of ASD is complex and is not yet fully understood. According to writer statistics in the past 5 years, the number of students with autism in tertiary institutions in colleges as a proportion of the total number of people who have been disabled in the year, showing the number of people with autism Group Disorders in the annual steady rise, and the proportion of the total number of people rising year by year. Teaching and counselling on individuals are the most challenging and stressful issues. This paper expounds the experience of physical and mental characteristics, diagnosis and counselling practice of students with autism Group disorder, and provides reference for special education guidance field workers in college.
