In this paper, the systematic literature analysis method was used to review the relevant research on the relationship between sibling of autism in Taiwan. The inclusion and exclusion criteria were those that conform to the master's thesis, regardless of age, object was general sibling, and sibling relationship or interaction experience between sibling. Finally, 9 available papers were found. The results were based on the analysis and discussion of the contents of the research on the sibling relationship of autism in Taiwan. They were divided into research objects, research methods, the mode of sibling interaction, the factors affecting sibling interaction and the differences between the sibling. They were provided to the future researchers for reference, and suggestions were put forward in the hope that more literature can fill the current situation of the sibling relationship of autism.
