從經濟史再評價當前的經濟
Comment on the Current Economy-The Perspective of Economic History
摘要
近十餘年，日本經濟的停滯不前，直接間接的影嚮世界經濟的欲振乏力，持續呈現出不安定狀態。 撰寫此文的目的，係期望從經濟史上，重新評價、學習、尋求經濟復甦的啓示與契機，並超越所謂的『構造改革』，改變國人的價值觀與歷史觀，開拓『文明史觀』時代的來臨。

In the recent decade, the stagnation of Japanese Economy has directly and indirectly dragged the global growth and caused instability in the world economical system. The purpose of this paper is then to evaluate the current economic status using the perspective of economic history. It is hoped that this new perspective may rid our addiction of so-called: ”Structural Change” and enhance a new shift to ”Civilization Perspective” on history.
