摘要

日本政府對於科技發展與人才培育，不遣餘力，並且，發展出符合日本社會與經濟的需求而具有日本風格的理論體系，因而屢次遭遇重大的社會與經濟變革，最終皆能夠度過難關而邁向新格局。本研究依序探討日本的科技發展政策、產學官合作的特色、以及人才培育策略，希望有助於促進對日本的科技政策與人才培育之瞭解。

Japanese government continuously endeavors to foster development in science and technology and talented people. Especially, Japanese government often leads and develops a theoretical system which is characteristic of Japan's style but can meet the demand of Japanese society and economy. Therefore, Japan can all see through the difficulty in the change of society and economy, and finally march toward a new way. This study discussed topics concerning scientific and technological development policies, and talents people development by Japanese government. It may contribute to promote understanding about the scientific and technological policy and talented people development of Japan.
