摘要

自今(2006)年四月以來，韓國與日本之間，關於日本海上的小島，日方稱為竹島，韓方稱為獨島的歸屬問題，關連海底名稱及劃定雙方的排他性經濟水域(EEZ)境界線問題，再度爆發繳烈的爭執；本文從歷史上及法理上剖析雙方的主張如內文。
