新力台灣區3C售後維修服務公司在綠色環保議題之探討

在二十一世紀全球面臨氣候變遷與節能減碳的挑戰下，新興的綠色能源產業成爲各國逐鹿的主流產業。綠色產業已成爲傳統產業主要目標。爲因應國際潮流與企業永續經營的理念，本文以綠色供應鏈管理角度出發，其範圍涵蓋從原物料供應、成品製造及行銷配送等全部過程，除跨企業的合作經營模式，亦即依據消費者的需求來變化製造流程，更貼近消費市場訊息、直接與上下游供應商進行資源整合、幫助企業做好庫存控管、減少生產過時產品、降低交易成本、並能更快速的因應市場變化及時反應終端市場顧客的要求，反應綠色能源產業之後台。藉由文獻探討、文件分析及個案訪談，瞭解產業及個案現況，以建構一個綠色供應鏈管理系統模型，提供3C服務科技業於使用綠色供應鏈管理時的策略參考。

Green industry has become the main objective of traditional industries. In response to international trends and business continuity concept, this paper in order to green supply chain management point of view, its scope ranging from raw materials supply, finished product manufacturing and marketing distribution, and all other processes, in addition to cross-enterprise collaboration business model, those demand to changes in the manufacturing process on customer based, closer to the market information, directly with the upstream and downstream suppliers, integration of resources to help businesses do a good job inventory control to reduce the production of obsolete products, lower transaction costs, timely response to market changes Reaction end-market demand, and the reaction of green energy industry. Through the literature review, document analysis and case interviews, to understand industry and status of individual cases in order to construct a model of green supply chain management system to provide services to the IT industry in the use of 3C green supply chain management strategies when the reference.
